Structured data capture

Data collected for patients from whom tissue samples have been taken for molecular analyses will play a key role in the interpretation of the results of these analyses. The „mining“ of many thousands of lifestyle profiles and corresponding experimental and patient data sets (gene expression data, lab parameters, etc) will likewise provide valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms of disease and aid in the identification of disease markers. SustSol provides manual and web-based data entry forms that enable patient data to be conveniently and efficiently captured in a database in a pseudoanonymised format that is optimally structured for data mining analysis.
